This will eliminate the white lines, which are due to printhead sweep spacing being one dot too wide. When running the custom configuration program, hit return to accept all default settings, until you come to the one that asks for the 7 bit line spacing code. The default setting is "1B 25 39 0E" which is correct, but the PKASO interprets it incorrectly. Change that this might have something to do with the problem.
